Cardiac Sonographer - Reliant Medical Group - SouthboroughSouthborough, Massachusetts Schedule: 24 hours per week Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 About the RoleJoin Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, as a Cardiac Sonographer supporting the Cardiology department in Southborough, MA. You'll perform echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound studies while helping deliver accurate diagnostic information and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasounds following established procedures. Document readings, measurements, and technical information accurately in the electronic medical record. Route echocardiogram reports to the assigned physician for interpretation. Deliver high-quality patient care while meeting ICAEL standards and requirements. Provide patient education and follow established health, safety, regulatory, and departmental procedures. Maintain professional development through educational programs, seminars, meetings, and conferences. Required Qualifications Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS). American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty. Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in adult echo and stress/echo. Ability to provide CEU documentation required for certification. Demonstrated ability to independently perform tests. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $29.00-$52.00 per hour, based on full-time employment.
