Join our clinical operations team and be the friendly, welcoming face that helps patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive. What You'll Do Keep the practice running smoothly by scheduling appointments, managing check-in and check-out, and maintaining accurate appointment records Be a welcoming first point of contact-assist callers with routine questions and triage matters appropriately Process patient billing forms and scan documents into the patient medical record (Epic) Serve as a "Super User" for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, providing training and support to your teammates Take on more advanced work, such as surgical scheduling and schedule changes/blocking Handle, screen, and route messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results Contribute to additional responsibilities as assigned Why You'll Love It Make a real difference in patients' experience every day Be recognized as a go-to systems expert and mentor for your team Grow your skills with specialized, high-impact scheduling work Qualifications What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (required) 3-5 years of office experience (required) Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail Ready to make an impact behind the scenes?
