Impact you will make

As a Data Analytics and Performance Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of our team. This role is instrumental in proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions, and providing valuable insights to support internal teams.

What you will do



  • Develop and lead special data analysis projects to identify trends, root causes, and configuration issues



  • Monitor alerts for potential issues, proactively taking action to maintain performance standards





  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue growth



  • Create ad hoc performance reports to facilitate effective communication of value and performance to our customers



  • Collaborate with team members to provide valuable insights and identify opportunities for improvement



  • Work closely with the technical account managers to ensure that customers receive top-tier customer service and technical expertise



  • Maintain a strong adherence to Service Level Agreements, ensuring that performance standards are met



  • Support the team in identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to overall customer satisfaction



What you will bring



  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with proficiency in leveraging data to extract insights from large datasets



  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data analysis tools, with experience using SQL to pull and manipulate large datasets



  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders



  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and generate user-friendly reports



  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage and prioritize data analysis projects



What we would like to see



  • A BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics



  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create compelling visual representations of data for enhanced decision-making and reporting



  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce



  • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare revenue cycle
