Pay: $26-28/hr. depending on experience
Shift: 3p - 1a, Monday through Thursday.
Note: these hours are subject to change based on production needs. Schedule may change to include Fridays. If permanent changes are made, employees will have advanced notice.

We are currently looking for a full time Press Operator to join our team!
The Press Operator will prepare the press and all job components for print jobs. This position reports to the department manager.
When your actions lead to success:
- Communicate with Press Operator from previous shift, if any, regarding status of press operations.
- Prepares press and all job components for print job, such as anilox, ink, film, etc.
- Performs preventative maintenance tasks on machine and troubleshoots problems as needed.
- Set impression, evaluate quality of print, execute recommended corrections.
- Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and values.
- Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Huntley plant, including, but not limited to-Health, Safety, Wellness (HSW), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Huntley plant.
- Responsible for reporting all safety, quality, and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Report any equipment or material problems to team/team leader immediately for prompt correction of problem.
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a manufacturing environment.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- This position may have minimal exposure to hazards such as dust, high noise levels, solvent fumes and medium heat on the production floor.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with no assistance.
- Able to stand for shift in safety shoes.
- Able to grip with one or both hands.
- Flexibility in working hours.
