Summary:
The Lean Transformation Coach Process Innovation is responsible for leading programs and initiatives specifically targeting improving the organization's processes within units and practices.

Responsibilities:
*Develops cross-functional relationships as a champion of Lean processes and quality patient care. Collaborates within assigned Value Streams to support strategic initiatives and goals.
*Provides coaching and facilitation across multiple departments through Lean transformation efforts.
*Works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to make the value streams autonomous in running their departments using a Lean management system.
*Utilizes applied knowledge of Lean principles and the "A3" problem-solving methodology (PDSA) to support, facilitate and educate teams for improvement.
