Job Overview:

American Electric has an excellent Outside Sales Opportunity on the island of Oahu.TEGG Maintenance Sales contract agreements, electric equipment maintenance

Objective Measures of Performance:

* TEGG Weekly Sales Activity Report
* Proposal Activity Log
* Exploratory Call Meetings - 6 per week
* PSE Meetings - 3 per week
* Option Development Meeting -3 per week
* Solutions Presentation -3 per week
* Maintenance Bookings-1 per week

Key Targeted Results (KTR):

* Annual Booking Quota - 3X Base Salary
* 100% Agreement Renewals

Software: TEGG, Vista, MS Office, Outlook, MS Office

* Promote TEGG C.A.R.E. objectives
* Leadership communication coordination with TEGG GM, TEGG Sales Manager, TEGG Administrative Coordinator
* Attend and complete TEGG training as required, implement TEGG MSR business model
* Implement and 100% comply with the MSR job duties as trained and required with 0% deviations
* Prospect and qualify sales opportunities
* Understand sales prospects organization and decision making process and commit prospect to a decision making time table
* schedule presentations, close sales
* Survey Electrical systems and interpret electrical drawings
* Prepare pricing and proposals for internal review and delivery to customers
* Deliver and review report with DES Sales Representative at customer turnover meeting
* Promptly address customer concerns in maintaining long-term positive relationships with a 100% annual rate of Agreement Renewals
