Job Summary

Provides excellence customer service in the Independent Living dining rooms by greeting residents and escorting to table. Assists the servers in pre-bussing (setting) tables, serving drinks, take-out service and reservations.

Essential Functions

• Greets and seats residents in rotation order.
• Organizes and holds pre-service meetings
• Completes take-out service duties in the afternoon hours
• Completes any afternoon catering/setup duties as needed
• Responsible for problem solving and meeting customer demands appropriately
• Prints and manages menus for all meals
• Maintains guest reservations book

Education, Training, and Experience

• No education required
• 1 year of hosting experience required.
