Our client, a leading Professional Service Cobythe Edison, NJ area, is seeking to add a Treasury Analyst to their team. This role will be Hybrid and report to the Director of Treasury In this role, you will be responsible forall treasury-related responsibilities for the companies locations. This includes but not limited to; Preparingdaily, weekly, & monthly cash balance report for multiple bank accounts and movement of cash between these accounts Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly journal entries and agree month-end balance sheet accounts to supporting detail. Assist with the issuance and management of credit support (Letters of Credit, Bonds, Guarantees) Manage deliverables required under various financings, swap agreements, etc. Provide support to senior management Provide support on cash flow forecasting and other one-off projects as needed Monitor banking activities to detect irregularities and to transfer funds per existing cash management protocols and Investigation and follow-up into all cash related discrepancies. Assist in updating cash flow projections across business line Communication with multiple banks, including new account setup and existing account management. Investigation and follow-up into all cash related discrepancies. Required Skills Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency working with Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge and experience working with Power Query a plus Co offers Top Tier Paid for benefits, career progression, and more!
