FanDuel Server Assistant - United Center

General Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to wait staff by bussing tables and maintaining work stations in the Fan Duel Sportsbook.

Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)
80%- Clear, clean and reset tables as they become available.
Must have knowledge of table numbers, and position numbers.
Assist in removing unnecessary items from tables and work areas throughout.
Perform duties in a manner that is both courteous and respectful of supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
Assist wait staff and secondary service team with additional restaurant responsibilities in dining room, bar/lounge and work station areas.
Provide assistance to Servers at all times. Deliver food to tables when necessary.
10%- Set and maintain work station before, during and after shift.
10%- Follow through with appropriate check out procedures with Manager.
Take good care of equipment that he/she uses.
Other duties requested by management.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests and the public.

Math Skills: Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Computer Skills: The individual must have the ability to work with in-house POS computer program.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Additional Physical Demands:
The Team Member may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, taste and smell for up to 1/3 of the work shift, climb or balance for 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift and stand, walk and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the shift. The Team Member may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
