Title: Associate (Open to Vice President level)

Location: Dallas (5 days / week in office)

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. CPM have 5 operating pillars.

Finance & Planning supports the execution of the firm's strategic objectives through the management of the planning process, firmwide reporting and analytics and insights into the firm's business plans and budgets. They develop consistent framework for revenue division projections creating transparency, accountability and efficiency around projections. This pillar also includes the CF&O, EO and Engineering divisional CFOs, who are strategic finance advisors helping the firm and the non-revenue divisions achieve commercial financial opportunities. Product Finance is responsible for the overall governance and proactive management of the firm's non-compensation expenses. Spend Management encompasses the functions responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's spend with third parties - advising commercial agreements and driving operating efficiency. Departments include Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Integrated Travel and Expense, Infrastructure and Transformation and Sustainable Operations. Operational Risk & Resilience drives firmwide Operational Risk programs along with second line teams and implements required changes within CPM. The Corporate Insurance & Advisory team in this pillar identifies, procures, and manages corporate insurance needs for the firm and its investing businesses. The CPM Engineering team provides engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses and support corporate decision making in-line with the firm's strategic objectives.

Role Overview:

Commercial & Financial Acumen

Ability to develop and track cost benchmarks, procurement schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.



  • Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (real estate, design & construction, finance, and legal).
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive procurement decisions that align with business needs.
  • Experience with Procurement Tools & Systems
  • Familiarity with e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, PMWeb) and contract management platforms.
  • Understanding of RFP processes, bid leveling, and supplier performance management
  • Regional Market Knowledge (Americas)
  • Understanding of procurement regulations, pricing trends, and contractor networks across key U.S. markets.
  • Experience in sourcing strategies for high-cost cities like New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Dallas is advantageous.
  • Sustainability & Compliance Awareness
  • Experience incorporating sustainability initiatives in sourcing (e.g., LEED certification, responsible material sourcing, energy-efficient solutions).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for construction sourcing in the U.S. (e.g., MWBE goals, labor laws).
  • Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.


Must Haves:



  • Industry-Specific Experience
  • Minimum 4-7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience specifically in real estate capital projects (fit-outs, refurbishments, or new office builds).
  • Prior experience in corporate real estate, construction procurement in a large multinational firm is a plus.
  • Strong Knowledge of Fit-Out Sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with contractor/vendor selection for fit-out works, including managing general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
  • Experience in negotiating construction contracts (e.g., lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
  • Familiarity with procurement of consultants (architects, project managers, quantity surveyors).
