The Division of Neonatology at the University of Minnesota is seeking a full time board certified/eligible Neonatal-Perinatal Physician at the rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor on the Academic Track. We seek a candidate with proven clinical experience in newborn intensive care with researchinterests in the fields of neonatal nutrition, neurodevelopment, hematology, pulmonology/resuscitation, global neonatology,ethics,or infection/immunology. The successful candidate will primarily serve the Level IV NICUs located in Masonic Children's Hospital and Children's Healthcare (Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses) and assist with bridging research efforts between the two institutions. Pay and Benefits: This role is dually employed by University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. The base salary range for this position is $246,242 - $396,789 commensurate with experience, qualifications, and cFTE.
