Today the FPCN serves more than 20,000 patients annually and is a NCQA certified Patient-Centered Medical Home and recognized by HRSA as a National Quality Leader for Behavioral Health. The Network's mission is to provide person-centered, integrated and comprehensive health services to individuals and families across their lifespan. The Network promotes resiliency and well-being among patients, staff and surrounding communities. Network services are targeted to the surrounding communities and the advisory committee that guides services primarily consists of people from the communities served. Position Summary ***This is not a 100% remote position***This position upholds the health center mission to ensure access to recovery-oriented Behavioral Health services and resources that value dignity and worth of the person. This role commits to strong consumer satisfaction and delivery of high quality clinical services that address the whole person, result in better health outcomes, and that help maintain the fiscal and operational capacity of the Behavioral Health Department. Essential Functions
Essential Functions (Addendum) 1. ADULT THERAPIST: Psychotherapy- Conduct an average of 24 individual and family therapy sessions each week, and groups as needed. 2. CHILD/ADULT THERAPIST: Psychotherapy - Conduct an average of 23 individual and family therapy sessions each week, and groups as needed. 2. CHILD THERAPIST: Psychotherapy - Conduct an average of 22 individual and family therapy sessions each week, and groups as needed. Requirements Qualifications

Working Conditions v Exposure to Loud Noise Lifting Requirements vLight: exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time.
