Position Summary
Hopkins | Lacy, the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, (MEP) Division of Branch, is searching for a dynamic Service Technician. The Service Technician II will inspect, test and perform preventative maintenance and most repairs on mechanical systems including air cooled chillers, boilers, and all other HVAC equipment types. They will work under minimal direction. The Service Technician must be able to execute personal judgement in analyzing a situation and select appropriate course of action/determine when assistance is required. Duties/Responsibilities

Travel is frequently required to and from job site locations. Supervisory Responsibility Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. They will need to stand (approximately 70%), walk (approximately 20%), and sit (approximately 10%).
