Part Time Due Diligence Specialist with UK/EU expereince

Our Environmental Services Group is currently looking for an experienced Part Time Due Diligence Specialist with UK / EU knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will perform desktop reviews, evaluate report findings and provide defensible recommendations. Imagine a day where you're reviewing in-depth environmental reports from across the UK and EU, analyzing the findings within regulatory frameworks, and providing strategic recommendations tailored to site conditions and risk levels. Your expertise will guide decisions that shape the future of environmental management, all while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive data.

Defensible Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on site conditions, regulatory frameworks, and risk tolerance
• Environmental Report Reviews: Conduct desktop reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other reports, focusing on UK and EU sites
• Regulatory Evaluation: Assess report findings in accordance with the regulatory framework of the site's country and the client's scope of work
• Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of property and client-sensitive information

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Construction, or related Sciences field AND a minimum of 7 years in environmental consulting and due diligence experience, including Phase I ESAs
• Ability to complete multiple projects concurrently with varying scopes of work within short timeframes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills
• Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite and Parcel platform
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations in the UK and EU countries
