Located at the foothills of majestic Pikes Peak, the Colorado Springs Technology Center serves the role of providing leading-edge technology access for new product development as well as complex low-volume manufacturing for our internal Keysight partners.


Responsibilities

As a Wire bond Process Engineering Intern, you will

  • Learn the different techniques required to create electrical connections between components and electrical devices.
  • Assist in the designing, developing, and implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • New technology development, characterization, and qualification
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and solve challenging engineering problems.
  • Develop the skills necessary for trouble shooting to root causes.

You will be joining a dynamic team that collaborates effectively, work with passion, and unified in developing the best solution for our Keysight partners.


Qualifications

- Junior or Senior standing in the summer of 2025 working toward an degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Experience with 3D CAD software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization and detail oriented
- Comfortable in a collaborative team environment with a continuous improvement mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to research for solutions with minimal direction
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- A demonstration of consistently meeting expected project deliverables
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Access)

$20-40/hour
