Rockline is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide essential support for business systems within our forecasting, scheduling, planning, and distribution departments. In this role, you will be involved in every phase of the project and software development life cycle, from project management, system design, and documentation to training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You'll also drive business process improvements and serve as the key liaison between the IT department and end users. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of issues, identifies root causes, analyzes solutions, and implements effective resolutions. Location: Hybrid schedule. We are seeking candidates within an hour of either Sheboygan, WI or Springdale, AR.
