Overview $21/hour Security Officers - Racine, WI Per Mar Security is seeking highly qualified candidates for full and part-time Security Officer positions at one of our premier companies. The client is located in West Milwaukee. Full Time Shift = 32 Hours Wednesday & Thursday: 12am (Midnight) to 8am, Friday & Saturday: 4pm to 12am (Midnight) Part-Time Shift = 20 Hours Monday-Thursday, 3-7pm Minimum Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Must have previous security experience Must have current or renewable WI State Security License HS Diploma, GED, or HS Equivalency Must have computer skills Experience with CCTV monitoring Must be hyper aware of surroundings Ability to respond quickly with good judgement Experience writing reports Must be able to perform walking tours Must be able to standing 99% of shift Must pass on-site drug test and background check at time of hire #MLWK Job Skills / Requirements Objectives: Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees with active patroling and monitoring of the campus and a strong professional appearance and attitude Safeguard personnel, company assets, customers and visitors Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise Collaborate with on-site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisors Responsibilities: Walking patrol of the building inside and outside to secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditions Monitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspections Complete daily reports as needed Secure building access points depending on shift Investigate and take appropriate action as situations arise Preferred Qualifications: Bi-Linugual Speaking Advanced skills with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems Experience in one of the following fields: Security Law Enforcement/Political Science Military Criminal Justice/Corrections Military/EMS Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma/GED Additional Information / Benefits Per Mar offers the following benefits to full-time employees Medical Dental/Vision 401k Paid Holidays PTO Per Mar Perks Program Daily Pay Available!!! *Work with the best!
