Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Snow Park Lodge Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the lodge except for the kitchen. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain clean, neat, and sanitary conditions in guest spaces and the back of the house by making regular rounds cleaning walls and floors, cleaning and organizing shelving, emptying trash containers, and vacuuming when necessary Check all hand wash stations to ensure they are clean and equipped with soap and paper towels Perform scheduled cleaning such as cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, benches, lobby area, windows, etc. Receive and stock items delivered for the janitorial and stewarding department Properly clean and restock all restrooms and storerooms during the day Ensure dock area is clean and organized by putting boxes in the bailer, checking it often, and using wire to tie bundles of cardboard if it's full Clean trash compacter as needed Light and maintain fireplaces during the day Assist with cleaning Deer Valley owned stores Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Prior cleaning experience preferred Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
