Lead the Quality Assurance Laboratory, personnel, and quality initiatives at the Battle Creek facility. Build customer and supplier relationships to meet key performance indicators. Analyze customer returns and implement corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams. Manage process/product data to support Quality System requirements and customer/supplier needs. Drive data-based decision-making using statistical tools (SPC, pareto charts, process capability). When your expertise drives us. Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) with strong leadership and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of HACCP, BRC Standards, and flexographic printing processes.
