Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Madison, WI Area
Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour + Property Bonus Program

What You'll Do
- Keep Things Running: Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Prevent Problems: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to keep properties safe, clean, and in top condition.
- Handle Emergencies: Be part of the on-call rotation to address urgent repairs and keep residents comfortable.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and fellow team members to ensure the best living experience for residents.
- Maintain the Property: Help with groundskeeping, organizing supplies, and ensuring work areas are clean and functional.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- Your own set of tools and the knowledge to use them.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (lifting up to 30+ pounds, bending, standing).
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- A positive, adaptable, and people-focused mindset.
