Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain)

The Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain & Logistics) is responsible for the overall financial Supply Chain & Logistics analysis and evaluation of supply chain activities and logistic information to help drive efficiencies, productivity and process improvements in partnership with Finance and Supply Chain leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst has a regional (North America) focus and global exposure.

The Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Tracking, measuring, analyzing, of supply chain and logistic spend ensuring recording is done timely and correctly
• Prepare reports for leadership to include data analysis of (internal) freight, tanks, distribution, warehouse cost, etc. for budget and KPI metrics
• Prepare statistical data for contract negotiations
• Financial analysis of scenarios provided by the planning group on demand /supply options & cost profit tradeoffs
• Partner with team members to Provide analytical support
• Participate in the supply chain meetings, such as S&OP, as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve overall efficiencies, productivity and processes
• Provide support on special projects (as assigned)
• Provide backup for other responsibilities within Finance team

• 4+ years of Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations related work experience
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Well organized, capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP, BI and logistics systems

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
