Physical Therapist Assistant - Out Patient - Per Diem - Days

Position Highlights:

Position: Physical Therapy Assistant

Department: Day Rehab/ Out patient

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Hours: Varies as needed- at least 1-2 Saturdays per month. Other hours may fall within clinic times of Monday - Friday 7am-730pm and weekends of times between 8am-12pm.

Shift: Day Shift

Part time/Full Time: Full Time- Per Diem

What you will need:

• The completion of an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school, or the equivalent.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• BLS CPR certification with American Heart

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, and under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, performs a variety of patient related activities in order to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations
