Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)Department: Psychology-FW ClinicShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: Cook Children's Medical Center's MIND Institute offers a full-time postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychological assessment. This is an independent post-doctoral fellowship training site. Traditionally, this is a 40 hour-a-week position with a full day devoted to report-writing. Fellows are responsible for 20 billable hours of clinical service a week. Fellows are expected to complete comprehensive outpatient psychological evaluations with a range of patient populations, including children and adolescents with a multitude of medical diagnoses and neurodevelopmental disorders. Fellows will consult with psychiatry, psychology, neurology, and developmental pediatrics clinicians. Additionally, fellows are expected to provide comprehensive feedback to families as well as assist in case management when appropriate. Supervision requirements for licensure are fully achieved.
