Social Worker - LICSW Washington, DC MUST: Experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW Must have 2 plus years of experience as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Must be licensed to work in DC as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Must have a Master's in Social Working from a CSWE accredited program Must have a BLS Experience working with Senior patients preferred DUTIES: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Evaluating clients to determine their needs and the support options that can help them Creating individualized care plans for each client Referring clients to community resources to help their specific situation Collaborating with other care providers to coordinate services Monitoring clients Maintaining records of treatments and services Providing talk therapy Responding to crisis situations Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
