Company DescriptionJob Description JOB DETAILS Pay rate starts at $17.00 - $19.00 per hour SHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Monday - Friday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You understand what has priority in the dailyproduction workflow and are quick to complete all assigned tasks while meeting measurable production metrics Regularly stepping up to help ourmanufacturing process and co-workers be successful as a production team You have a great understanding of the machinery that you run and are even able to diagnose repairs when the equipment is down You use your basic math and computer skills to make sure equipment is set correctly and you assist co-workers when needed Constantly work safely and comply with all safety regulations Operate machines to produce the correct items for orders while standing in an upright position for extended periods of time and moving about on foot Will be trained to use forklift to transport heavy weight metal coils Willingness to participate daily in shop cleaning responsibilities Qualifications Physical Stamina and Strength Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Safety-First Culture Dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Experience is not required, we are willing to train self motivated, haedworking individuals!
