JR00016469 Director, Sanctions and Export Compliance Lead Role Description The Sanctions & Export Compliance Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance strategies and policies related to international sanctions within an organization. This role is critical in ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable sanctions regulations imposed by governments or international bodies (e.g., the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control [OFAC], the European Union, the United Nations, etc.). The role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and work in close coordination with the Global Trade Compliance leadership team, Legal and Corporate Compliance, and Trade Compliance teams in various markets. The role will support the design, implementation of guidance, training, controls and testing of the Global Sanctions Compliance Program. Sanctions Compliance Strategy and Program Management
