The Window Repair/Inspection Service Representative will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of Enterprise service solutions that uphold the strategies of the Service Organization in the areas of Customer, Quality and Cost. Encourage and promote the long-term use of Andersen Enterprise products and services. Promote corporate goodwill while limiting liability to the enterprise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides specialty trade support for premium segments and customers. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience commensurate with the Andersen brand.
  • Manages escalated customer situations in conjunction with cross functional teams including but not limited to our corporate legal department. Leads negotiations and provides resolutions to legal claims and customer disputes.
  • Diagnoses customer needs and determines solutions in compliance with the warranty and policies.
  • Leads window and door installation training, guidance and clinics as needed.
  • Provides project management oversight for large-scale projects. Oversees the compliance and management of field water tests in accordance with industry-recognized standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Possesses advanced technical aptitude.
  • Ability to make high level decisions.
  • Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates basic negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates extensive product knowledge
  • Possesses basic computer skills

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Intricate knowledge of construction practices & regional requirements (procedures including, but not limited to testing practices)

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
