As part of our Finance team, you'll play a key role in improving customer experience as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Monitor and optimize our billing processes to ensure top performance. Standardize billing procedures for consistency and quality across North America, noting country-specific needs. Manage system and process issues, conduct root cause analyses and ensure smooth third-party service connections. Lead special projects, establishing clear goals, engaging the team and meeting milestones. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred. 3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area. 3+ years in process automation and analytics. Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
