Job Title : Senior Industrial Engineer

Job purpose:

Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Develops plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. Provides product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices. Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities
• Develops plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.
• Provides product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices.
• Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Science Engineering or other Engineering disciplines or years of experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 8 years experience as an Industrial Engineer in electronics manufacturing or a closely related field.
• Proficient in the use of CAD/ CAM tools; SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred.
