Salary: $68,000 - $72,000/yr.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm, some Saturdays 7am-12pm.

Training will be 8am-5pm.

The Call Center Manager will oversee agent time management, provide regular coaching, and monitor service levels and abandonment rates. Complete payroll, conduct quality assurance, and assist the Director in managing shrinkage. Handle escalated calls when needed, enforce call center policies, and take corrective action as necessary. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team success.

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales or customer service team
  • Experience working in a call center environment and an understanding of shipping/receiving processes
  • Excellent communication skills
