The Chief Ambulatory Executive (CAE) is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of INTEGRIS Health's Ambulatory Enterprise.

This role is crucial for ensuring the alignment and integration of ambulatory services with hospital and physician enterprises, fostering seamless patient transitions across the continuum of care. The CAE will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by standardizing care processes, enhancing quality and safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Moreover, the CAE will be at the forefront of executing growth strategies that focus on expanding market share and improving the organization's financial performance.

  • Strong leadership skills to oversee multiple service lines such as outpatient therapy, surgery centers, home care, and behavioral health, often spanning across various locations
  • Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, including clinical staff, administrators, and support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans for ambulatory services, aligning operations with the organization's long-term goals, including growth initiatives and value-based care models.
  • Ability to integrate market trends and healthcare best practices to drive innovation, expand service offerings, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations within outpatient settings, including managing large-scale operations like therapy, surgery centers, urgent care, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Strong skills in managing regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient safety, ensuring adherence to standards like those from The Joint Commission and CARF.
  • Proven ability to oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue growth, particularly within value-based care frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform operational improvements, track performance metrics, and support decision-making related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives through evidence-based practices and key performance metrics.
  • Focused on enhancing the patient experience, with skills in designing and implementing patient-centered initiatives to improve satisfaction, access, and clinical outcomes, using tools like Net Provider Score (NPS) and CAHPS surveys.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in implementing technology solutions such as virtual nursing, telehealth, and remote patient monitoring.
