Founded in 1954 by developers and builders, Jack Recht, Mel Goldin and David Siegel, Metropolitan Associates has grown into one of the larger property management firms in southeastern Wisconsin.
With approximately 4000 apartments in more than 30 choice locations, we offer a variety of apartment homes, as well as outstanding service and experience.
We are a full-service company, consisting of market-rate and government-subsidized apartments. Metropolitan Associates is one of the largest and most experienced owners and managers of government-subsidized housing in the State of Wisconsin.
It is reassuring to know almost half of Metropolitan's residents have been referred by friends or relatives. Some have enjoyed living with us since we designed and built our first building. Others are second or third generation residents. Even when they move, often it is to go to another one of our apartment communities. Metropolitan Associates is proud of this long-term loyalty.
